Road trip...

I'm going north to visit my sister for her birthday on Thursday. We're going to celebrate ours (hers 7/10 & mine 7/5) together with a small party with friends and family. I'll get to see my ex -dog Simba, who now growls at me if I bother him too much. I love holding him, he's so small and cuddly. Jamison and his extended family will also be part of the visit. I really miss him since he moved out. Oh well, it is what it is. :) blah... blah... blah...

Happy Birthday to ME!

Well, today is my birthday. I'm not revealing my age, let's just say, I don't feel another year older. My son called me first thing this morning and it was so nice to hear from him. Kim, my friend at work, had a birthday cake for me today when I arrived. At lunch I cut it and everyone helped themselves and it didn't last very long. It was nice.
