Saturday
Today, Pete came over to help Kelly take trash to the dump and get the grill and lawnmower taken care of for winter. There's a chill in the air.
Around 1:15 am (Sunday), I heard Kelly say "It's snowing outside!" I yelled "You're kidding me?" She said "Nope." She let the pugs out and they were delighted!

Recovery-Day 2
This morning I woke up well rested. I laid down when I got home from the hospital yesterday around 5 and didn't wake up until 10 last night. My arm is sooo sore. Thank goodness for pain medication!! hehehe
Yesterday, I got to the hospital and went into the Day Surgery area and got changed into that wonderful hospital gown. One of the people from the operating room came into tell me they weren't going to give me a "local" were going to put me under for the operation. They gave me a shot of something that helped calm my nerves. I can remember my speech slurring as I was talking to Kelly and the nurse, who happened to be Chuck's wife. I don't remember much after that.

Surgery Day.
Today, I have to be at the hospital at 7:30. I'm nervous because, well, it's surgery! I hope everything goes well. I have complete faith in my doctor. He's been at it for over 35 years now. Wish me luck!

Good hair day..
I had a perm put in my hair today. She did a really good job and she didn't take hours getting it rolled up. I was in and out of there in two hours. I love curls and it's nice and fluffy... kinda 80's hair. I needed a pick-me-up!

Been awhile...
Hmmm.... well, since last year...
I've moved out of my apartment in Bangor, and in with my new best friend, Kelly and all nine of her "kids." Here they are...
They're so cute, aren't they?
What's been going on in my life since I've written last... Well, I fell outside around December 28th, 2009, on my way to work and my elbow was injured. I was under the impression I had a sore muscle and was taking good care of it and being extra careful at work not to strain it too much. I was doing a good job of it until January, when an idiot co-worker dropped 10 weighted bowls onto a bin I was carrying while at work. That little incident snapped my elbow back really hard. I'm now, 8 months later, finally getting it operated on so I can get back to my job, full duty. So, starting next week, I'll be out for a few weeks while recovering. Aside from that, I've had a great summer!
I recently bought a new "used" Jeep and it's awesome, I'm really happy with it.
I haven't seen much of my family the past year because they've been busy and so have I, but I hope to get up there to visit very soon. Hopefully during my time off.
This is just a quick rundown of my year. Not much content, just an outline...
